From Suratthani airport
There is no public transportation from Surathani Airport direct to Khao Sok. You can get a shuttle bus that brings you into Surathani town for about 100 Baht. Then find a shared minivan from Surathani town to Khao Sok for about 250 baht. You will be dropped at Khao Sok bus stop. From Suratthani town
In Surathani Town find shared minivans and public transportation at the bus station every hour between 7am and 5pm. The rate for the shared minivan is 250 Baht and the rate for the public transportation is 120 Baht. Please be aware that the last bus to Khao Sok from Surathani is usually at 4pm. From Surathani Train Station
From Surathani train station, exit the front entrance of the train station and 30 meters to the right take the Surathani-Phuket bus (120 baht), getting off at Khao Sok. It takes about 2 hours. From Khao Sok Town
If you arrive via public bus, tell the driver you are going to Khao Sok. On arrival to the bus stop, located on the highway at the entrance to Khao Sok, you will find many local taxis waiting. From the Airport – about 2-2.5 hours
When you get out of the Airport, turn right on the 41 Road, and drive south for 11 km. Turn right on the 401 Road, and drive west for 109 km (through the towns of Takhun (ตาขุน) and Phanom (พนม) until you arrive at the entrance to Khao Sok National Park on your right hand side.

Head west to the town of Phunpin (พุนพิน), take the 401 Road, drive west for 109 km (through the towns of Takhun (ตาขุน) and Phanom (พนม) until you arrive at the entrance to Khao Sok National Park on your right hand side.
